How the library works

One email, then the file. That is the whole transaction.

These are operational documents rather than analysis, and they took delivery time to write. Knowing who reads them is how we decide what to write next. Nothing else happens to your address.

01

Read the page first

Every guide has its argument, its contents, who it is written for and what it measures on the page — before you are asked for anything. You should know whether you want it before you pay for it with an email.

02

Unlock mid-page

The form sits partway down, not in a popup and not on a separate landing page. Submit it and the download opens right there, on the same page, with the rest of the page still to read.

03

Nothing chases you

No automated sales sequence, no partner list, no reselling. One click unsubscribes from anything we send, and unsubscribing does not take the download back.

Would rather not hand over an email?

The whitepaper library is ungated — six long-form documents on AI governance, agent sprawl, strategy and compliance, downloadable with no form at all.

Questions people ask

What are ReinforcedX lead magnets?

Thirteen practitioner guides on deploying AI agents in customer service, finance, HR and general platform work. Each is a working document with checklists, thresholds and failure modes rather than an overview, and each downloads as a PDF once you give an email address.

Why are these gated when the whitepapers are not?

The whitepapers are analysis and we would rather they circulated freely. These are operational documents that took delivery time to write, and knowing who is reading them tells us which problems to write about next. That is the whole trade.

What do you do with my email address?

Store it against the guide you took, and send the occasional related note. It is not sold, not shared with a partner, and not handed to a sales sequence. One click unsubscribes, and unsubscribing does not take the download back.

Which one should I start with?

Start from the problem you have rather than the category. If you have not deployed anything yet, the platform overview and the first-agent tutorial are the pair to read together. If you already have something live and cannot tell whether it is working, start with the measurement guide.

How long are they?

Between 18 and 42 pages, which works out at 6 to 45 minutes depending on the guide. Each page shows its length and reading time before you commit an email address to it.

Who writes them?

The ReinforcedX delivery team, and the featured guides carry named authors. Everything here was written by someone who has run the work described in production — we do not commission these out.

Are they vendor-neutral?

The methods are, and they work with tooling we have no stake in. Where we describe how ReinforcedX specifically approaches something it is labelled as such, so you can discount it if you want to.

Can I share them internally?

Yes. Circulate the files inside your organisation freely and quote them in decks. For external publication, attribute to ReinforcedX and link back to the source page.

How often do you add new ones?

When an engagement produces something worth generalising, which works out at a few a year. We would rather publish four guides people finish than twenty nobody opens.

Can you deliver what the guides describe?

Yes — the guides exist because plenty of teams would rather build it themselves, which is a legitimate choice. If you would not, the same work runs as a fixed-scope engagement: four weeks to production, and you own everything that ships.
