Why we keep it
To answer the question you asked, to send the document you requested, or to send the newsletter you subscribed to. If you asked us a question, we keep the thread so the next person who picks it up has the context.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact, and afterwards until you ask us to remove it. Newsletter subscriptions end the moment you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Our own team, and Amazon Web Services as the infrastructure provider that hosts the database. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no resale.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to receive a copy in a portable format, or to object to a particular use. Write to us and we will action it.

Talk to us ·Questions people ask
Does this site use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. There are no third-party analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts on this site. Nothing is loaded from an ad network, and there is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
What happens to the email address I give you?
It is written to our own database and used to answer you, or to send the newsletter if that is what you signed up for. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Where is the data physically stored?
In an Amazon DynamoDB table in the AWS ap-south-1 region (Mumbai). Submissions are sent over HTTPS and written server-side, so the database credentials never reach your browser.
How do I get my data corrected or deleted?
Email the address below from the address you signed up with and say what you want changed or removed. We will action it and confirm when it is done. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue, which stops the mail without needing to contact anyone.
Do you need my data to browse the site?
No. Every page is readable without submitting anything. Data is only collected when you choose to fill in a form.
